LECTURES PROGRAMME

The programme of the advanced teaching Jean Monnet Module TLCJEU will be divided into five parts corresponding to the five parts of the Transportation Law IUS/06 course held in the first semester. The study program subject-matters examined during such course will be performed through the analysis of the main and latest acts of the European Court of Justice and the legal issues related to transport treated therein. Additionally, the effects produced by the same acts in the regulations of individual EU Member States will be examined through a comparative analysis. Furthermore, the effects resulting at the international level will also be considered. The analysis of the Court activities will be undertaken together with the examination of the main activities of the other European institutions (European Commission, Council and European Parliament) related to the issues dealt with by the same Court.
